Contracts

Title Searches and Title Insurance

Landlords
We have many clients who are landlords who rely on us to make sure that they have the proper leases, are in compliance with the Alabama Landlord Tenant Act, and to handle their evictions. If you are a corporation in Alabama you must have an attorney to represent you in District Court to obtain an eviction.
