Non-Profit Entities
Our firm also counsels and advises organizations that wish to become a non-profit corporation under the laws of Alabama. The attorneys at Regina B. The firm’s relationship with its business clients is on-going. Once we form your company, we will send you a reminder each January in regards to the annual requirements to maintain the entity’s legal status and/or limited liability. In the event that you decide to cease the company’s operations, the firm can also prepare and file the necessary documents to officially dissolve the business.
